Implants can be inserted underneath the fold of the breast, through the darker part of the nipple, in the underarm or axilla area. The location of the implants will be discussed with the surgeon.

Breast  lift (mastopexy) will lift hanging breasts  and give them a better shape. It will reduce the size of the areola, if it is too large and will correct preexisting asymmetries between both breasts. It may be performed together with a silicone implant surgery if the patient also wishes to enlarge the size of her breasts. Anaesthesia may be local and and complementary sedation, or general, depending on the surgeon’s advise for each patient.

In case of small correction, an incision is made around the areola. If the areola is too large, it will be reduced. When the correction needed is greater, it may be necessary to complement the periareolar (circular) incisions with a vertical one just below each one of them. The results of breast lift surgery will last longer if combined with a healthy diet and regular exercise.

Liposuction involves the removal of fat deposits by suction and the subsequent modeling of the body. Each area of the body is treated independently : abdomen, waist, arms, internal area of the thighs, external area of the thighs, face, neck, back and buttocks.

It will remove the localized deposits of fat that are resistant to diets and physical exercise. It will model your body. The fat removed may be used to add volume to other parts of your body, like your buttocks.

Liposuction will not lift hanging skin or cure obesity or eliminate cellulite.

Anaesthesia will be local and complementary sedation for simple cases, general in case of many areas and/or large fat deposits.

The surgeon will make a small incision approximately 0.1 inches long (3 mm) and will insert a small tube called canula under your skin. The canula may be connected to a device that generates high vacuum pressure, or to a special syringe. The unwanted fat deposits, which prior to this process were treated with injections of a special liquid (saline solution combined with local anesthesia and a vasoconstrictor), are removed from under your skin through the canula by suction. This liquid generates the adequate conditions for the extraction of fat. The canula is moved under the skin to reach all the desired areas. The number of incisions vary according to the characteristics of each area. In order to make the outward appearance more homogeneous, the surgeon will have to perform the suction in a pattern of crossing lines, making it necessary to introduce the canula from different positions.

Liposuction usually has very good results, both for men and for women of any age, regardless of the weight of the patient. Your body will have more harmonious lines. Scars are very small and will become unnoticeable with time.

Buttocks augmentation with cohesive silicone gel implants will permanently increase the volume of the buttocks. If your body does not accumulate fat or you keep in shape with exercise and a healthy lifestyle, the only way of increasing the size of your buttocks will be to resort to silicone implants. The surgery will improve the outline of the buttocks. The effect is enhanced when combined with liposuction of nearby areas such as thighs and waist. 

The surgeon makes a small incision of 2 or 3 inches (5 cm or 7 cm) between the buttocks, right inside the midline. Through this incision, he makes a pocket inside each buttock and places the cohesive silicone gel implants inside each one of them. The implants will be located beneath the buttock muscle (gluteus maximus), approximately where jeans pockets would be, and will enhance the upper part of the buttocks.

It will not lift sagging skin.

In most cases, anaesthesia will  be peridural.

Tummy Tuck or abdominoplasty is a surgical procedure used to remove the fat and skin flaccidity in the abdominal area. It will remove the excess skin and fat deposits that appear as a consequence of pregnancies, old age and obesity, when the whole abdominal area is affected. It will also remove stretch marks or scars that may be in the area. If necessary, the abdominal muscles will be tightened by means of a vertical fold in the middle, this will make the abdomen look firmer and the waist narrower.

Tummy tuck surgery is not indicated for treating obesity, or for removing fat deposits when they are small and the skin has a good elasticity, whicch will be addressed with liposuction.

Anesthesia will be peridural or general.

The surgeon makes an incision across the abdomen right above the pubic area. The incision will follow the outline and be concealed below the underwear. It may be necessary to make a circular incision around the navel so that it will remain in its original place. Then, the surgeon separates the skin from the abdominal wall all the way up to the ribs, exposing the abdominal muscles. These muscles are tightened by bringing them close together and joined in the middle vertical line; this will make your abdominal muscles firmer and your waist narrower. The skin that was separated is stretched towards the pubis, the excess skin is removed and the navel is placed in its new position. Finally, the surgeon makes the sutures, and applies a bandage.The results of tummy tuck surgery are permanent and very satisfactory. Your abdomen will be flatter and firmer.

Full face & neck lift or rhytidectomy is a surgical procedure used to lift facial tissue. It will tighten the skin and lax (hypotonic) muscles of the face. It will completely rejuvenate the face and neck.

Complementary treatment will be Botox injections in forehead and filler injections (hyaluronic acid) in crow’s feet, nose lines and wrinkles around the lips.

Anaesthesia will be general. 

The surgeon will make a vertical incision from the temples to the upper part of the ears and further down in front of the ears and follows their natural outline to the back (periauricular line). By means of this incision, the surgeon separates the muscle and the skin from the face, he tightens them and replaces them further up to achieve a more youthful look. He cuts the excess skin and muscle and sutures.

Results are very noticeable and will last quite long.

Nose job or rhinoplasty is a surgical procedure used to modify the size and shape of the nose in order to give it a more pleasant look and to adjust it more harmoniously to the face.

It will correct unaesthetic characteristics in noses that are too long or too big, bulbous, with a hump or with a 'hanging' tip. It may narrow the nostrils, if they are to wide and correct deformities such as those acquired as a result of accidents.

Anesthesia will be general.

The surgeon will work through the nostrils, without the need of making any exterior incisions. He will reach the cartilage and bone located under the skin, he may rasp or trim them with special instruments to give the nose the desired shape and size. In more complex cases, where deeper modifications are needed, it may be necessary to perform a little cut across the columella (the tissue that divides the nostrils) to access the bone.

The shape and width of the nostrils may also be modified. This is done by means of two incisions at the base of the nose wings, these incisions become imperceptible soon after the surgery.

A definite judgment about the results of a rhinoplasty is made after 6 months to 1 year. Patients who have been able to achieve an adequate understanding with their surgeon will obtained very positive results, rewarded with an harmonious and proportionate nose that completely changes the overall appearance of the face in a very favorable way.

Blepharoplasty or eyelid surgery is a surgical procedure used to eliminate the fat deposits and the excess skin and muscle around the eyelids that make the patient look older and more tired than he really is. It will refresh and rejuvenates the look by eliminating certain features that contribute to make one look older and tired, such as the 'bags' beneath the eyes and the excess skin in the 'drooping' upper eyelids. It will eliminate lumps generated by the accumulation of fat inside the eyelids.

It will not eliminate crow’s feet or lift the eyebrows. If you have crow’s feet and wish to remove them, or want to lift yourn eyebrows, we recommend the Botox injection. It will not eliminate dark circles under the eyes.

The procedure will most of the times be performed with local anesthesia and complementary sedation. Duration is one to three hours, according to the complexity of the case. The procedure may be performed on an outpatient basis, however, hospitalization may be necessary, based on surgeon’s assessement.

The surgeon will make the incisions along the natural folds of the eyelids so that the resulting scars will be disguised. On the upper eyelids, the incision is done along the natural folds and, on the lower eyelids, it is done just below the eyelashes. Working through these incisions, the surgeon will remove the excess fat that accumulates beneath the skin (two lumps in each upper eyelid and three in each lower eyelid). Apart from this, he will trim the excess skin of the bags that give the eyes the appearance of being 'hanging'. After that, the incisions are closed with very fine sutures.

After only 2 to 6 weeks, the results of the blepharoplasty will be obvious The scars heal very quickly and become almost invisible after a few months. You will have a more relaxed and youthful look.
